If an error message pops up and you are not sure why, this guide should give some explanation as to why its happened. Error messages are colour coded to help us all out. Red means that something is wrong and needs to attention. Yellow is usually something that you might want to look at, its not wrong, but it might cause you problems later on. Blue is a friendly tip or guidance message. Green is obviously telling you that everything is going swimmingly.
This error will show when you try to add a creative and the dimensions are not to specification. For instance there might be a creative spec of 600×125, you could accidentally try to drop a 125/125 creative into the slot. The system will realise this and this error message will show.
This error will be displayed when you try to add a creative that is larger than the limit specified.
